Who is this for?
This is a professional development opportunity specifically designed for early career educators. We are trying to reach those who’ve completed at least 1 year of full-time professional teaching and seeking guidance, tips, and tricks for future years in education.

What’s the rationale? We noticed that there are a lot of professional development opportunities out there for rock-star experienced teachers. But if your head is still spinning from your first year and you’re wondering, ‘am I any good at this?’ and ‘can I do it long-term?’, then you might need what we have to offer.

We love that so many development opportunities exist for teachers but thought, why isn’t there one that explicitly seeks out new teachers as they are?  A professional development that targets their unique concerns and needs? New teachers often land in the toughest student populations and districts and can benefit most from professional development, community, and mentorship.
